Emmanuel Jeric A. Albela is a faculty member in the Department of History from the Faculty of Arts and Letters at the University of Santo Tomas (UST) with the rank of Associate Professor 2. He is a licensed teacher who has taught students from elementary to graduate level. He earned a Bachelor of Secondary Education in History (2006), a Master of History cum laude (2008), and a Doctor of Philosophy major in History (2021), all from the Pontifical and Royal the Catholic University of the Philippines, University of Santo Tomas. His doctoral dissertation, “The Passage of Republic Act 1425: Contextualizing Rizal, Nationalism, and La Leyenda Negra – Its Unintended Consequence” was awarded the mark ben emeritus (magna cum laude). Dr. Albela is a lifetime member of the Philippine Historical Association and the Philippine National Historical Society and worked as a consultant for Depoliticizing the Barangay Government led by the office of the Assistant Secretary for Plans and Programs of the Department of Interior and Local Government in 2016. He was also a consultant for the Youth Education and Non-Formal Education Module Development by the Youth for Sustainable Development Assembly (YSDA), a non-governmental organization based in Quezon City. Dr. Albela also worked as a consultant under Design Science Incorporated for the project of Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA)-Cavite Historical Trail Master Plan and Manila and Intramuros Historical Trail Master Plan as a history expert. He has published historical studies and presented papers at local and international conferences on education, food culture, economic history, and Asian history. He is the founder, publisher, and editor of TALA: An Online Journal of History.  Dr. Albela also served UST as a student affairs practitioner and Student Welfare and Development Coordinator of the Conservatory of Music in UST from 2012 to 2023. Dr. Albela also served as a supervising teacher for social studies at the Education High School of Education (EHS), a laboratory junior high school in UST. Dr. Albela is the E-Learning Specialist at the UST Graduate School and Internship Coordinator for the AB History Program at the Faculty of Arts and Letters.

Atty. Christopher E Cruz, Ph.D., is the University Legal Counsel, Director of the DLSU Intellectual Property Office, and Manager of the Innovation and Technology Support Office (ITSO) of De La Salle University (DLSU).  He is a Full Professor of the Department of Commercial Law, RVR- College of Business, and Department of Philosophy, where he has been teaching and mentoring research projects for the last 32 years. He has been invited as a resource speaker in numerous seminars and conferences on Intellectual Property and technology transfer in the Philippines and abroad. He has attended intellectual property and technology transfer training organized by IPOPHIL, WIPO, and other international organizations. Atty. Cruz obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from DLSU and his Bachelor of Laws degree from San Beda University, Manila.  He also earned his Master in Philosophical Research degree and his Ph.D. in Philosophy from DLSU. He is Co-Editor in Chief of the Asia Pacific Journal of Intellectual Property Management and Innovation – a first of its kind in the Philippines. He has been a registered patent agent of the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines since 2011 and a member of the Advisory Council for Intellectual Property (ACIP), which is a council that advises the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines. He is also part of the Department of Science and Technology technical panel, which evaluates government grant projects on intellectual property and technology transfer. He is currently the President of ATOP (Alliance of Techtransfer Professionals of the Philippines, a non-stock, non-profit professional organization promoting technology transfer as a career in the Philippines. He is one of the first trainers in 2023 of the PatentX program organized by WIPO and Harvard University.

Dr. Mark Anthony L. Dacela is an Associate Professor at De La Salle University Manila, where he also earned his doctorate in philosophy. He has published works in epistemology, ethics, and education. He recently transitioned to Vice Chairperson of the Department of Philosophy after coordinating the department’s undergraduate program for more than a decade. His professional journey includes leadership roles as Vice President for Administration and Operations at SOFA Design Institute, Vice Principal of SOFA Arts and Design Program, Program Coordinator of Cosmic Sonic Arts Music Production School, and Associate Dean at the One School College of Entrepreneurship. He is a member of the Philosophy Association of the Philippines and the Philosophy Circle of the Philippines, where he also served as Vice President from 2011 to 2016.

Jihan Marie Claire G. Ferrer was a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English, Minor in Public History and Heritage at De La Salle University – Manila. She was formerly the Art and Graphics Editor of The LaSallian, DLSU’s official English publication, in 2020, and became the Layout Editor of Green and White, DLSU’s official yearbook organization in the following year. She had garnered recognition during her stay in college, winning “Best Article Artwork” and “Staffer of the Year” by The LaSallian’s internal awarding body, the Silver Quill. She also graduated Magna Cum Laude from De La Salle University in August 2022. She presented her studies in conferences, being “Exploring the roles of the LGBTQIA+ Community in Philippines: A film analysis on Jun Robles Lana’s “Die Beautiful”; at the DLSU Arts Congress last March 2020, “The Impact of Protest Art during the Philippine Social Media Landscape during the COVID-19 Lockdowns of 2020”; at the DLSU Arts Congress last March 2023, and “The Effects of Using Peer Feedback to Improve Writing Proficiency Among Grade 11 Senior High Students” at the DLSU International Social Sciences Conference in August 2023. Other publications include “Multiple Choice”, a short story published under Malate Literary Folio, She also spoke for events for The LaSallian and FAST2021 on topics focusing on art production and understanding art careers. She currently teaches arts management and arts research subjects under the Arts & Design Track in DLSU-IS Senior High School, and is currently taking up the Master of Arts in Literary, Cultural, and Performance Studies program at DLSU Manila.

Alleona Hugo, LPT, is an educator, visual artist, and storyteller, currently serving as a full-time faculty of Media Information Literacy under the Arts and Design Track Department at De La Salle University Integrated School, Senior High School Division. In addition to her teaching roles, she has been actively participating in and contributing to the art community through artwork exhibitions and storytelling sessions under Adarna House. Hugo continues her academic and professional development by pursuing a master’s degree in Communication Arts at University of the Philippines Los Banos, with research interests on media and child studies particularly on children’s literature and the sociology of childhood.

Dr. Jose Victor D. Jimenez is currently the Assistant Dean of External Affairs and Lasallian Mission of the College of Liberal Arts at De La Salle University. Jimenez is an associate professor and former vice chair of the History Department of De La Salle University, where he has been teaching for over three decades. He also served as the Student Development Office Director at the same university. Jimenez obtained his Bachelor of Arts in History from De La Salle University, Master of Arts, and Doctor of Philosophy, majoring in the same discipline from the UST Graduate School. He is a member of the Pi Gamma Mu, International Honor Society in Social Sciences, Philippines Beta Chapter; an associate member of the National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP); and a general member of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA)-National Committee on Historical Research (NCHR). Associate Professor Jimenez is a lifetime member of the Philippine National Historical Society (PNHS), Manila Studies Association (MSA), Philippine Historical Association (PHA), and American Studies Association of the Philippines (ASAP). Jimenez is the Project Director of the “Annotated Compilation of Selected Philippine History Primary Sources and Secondary Works in Electronic Format” under the auspices of the NCCA-NCHR. His research interest lies in institutional history, curriculum development, and the economic history of the Philippines. He sits on the editorial boards of TALA: An Online Journal of History and Philippine Social Science Journal. He has served as an evaluator of textbooks and research projects. He has published in refereed academic journals and read papers at national and international conferences.

Josephine Magsino-Ramos committed professional licensed teacher, with a passion for education, public policy, and leadership. She earned her Master’s degree in Public Affairs from the University of the Philippines Los Baños, where she developed her expertise in policy analysis, education management, planning, and governance. She is currently the Evaluation Coordinator at the Institutional Testing and Evaluation Office of De La Salle University which is handling the performance assessment and evaluation in the university. With her commitment to excellence, she contributes significantly to the innovation and quality assurance endeavors of the institution.

Dr. Jeane Peracullo is a Full Professor and the Chair of the Department of Philosophy at De La Salle University. Her conference presentations and published articles delve into environmental philosophy, environmental ethics, feminist philosophy and theology, the triangulation of gender,  religion, and postcoloniality, international relations (with a particular focus on human identities and spaces), and the relationship between youth, religion, and culture. Jeane is a board member of the Women’s and Gender Studies Association of the Philippines (WSAP) and the Association of Catholic Theologians of the Philippines (DAKATEO).

Dr. Crisanto Q. Regadio, Jr. or “Cris” is an Associate Professor from the Department of Sociology and Behavioral Sciences of the College of Liberal Arts at De La Salle University-Manila. He obtained his Ph.D. in Sociology from DLSU and investigated the identity affiliations among Muslim Maguindanaoan students in Cotabato City. He earned his Master of Science in General Sociology at the Asian Social Institute, and his Bachelor of Science in Sociology at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in Manila. Cris’s research interests include identity and identity affiliation (national, ethnic, religious and gender); Filipino worldview and global identity; secular and Islamic education; the Muslim Filipinos and their internal migration; and environment, health and disaster.

Mr. Andylyn Simeon is the Assistant Dean for Administration of the DLSU Tañada-Diokno School of Law. Formerly, he worked with DLSU’s Lasallian Pastoral Office, overseeing the Faculty Formation Ministry and School of Law Students Formation Ministry. He got his Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas and his Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from the Ateneo De Manila University. Currently, he is authoring his dissertation on decolonizing religious and values education for his Doctorate in Education in Religious and Values Education at De La Salle University. His research interests are on decolonization and decoloniality theory, religion and environment, Christian and indigenous pedagogies, and the ethics and spirituality of emerging technologies.

Cheeno Marlo del Mundo Sayuno is an Associate Professor of Communication, Research, and Children’s Literature from the University of the Philippines Los Baños. A conferred UP Artist by the University of the Philippines, he has written a number of storybooks published by major children’s literature national publishers in the Philippines. He also dabbles on academic research, specializing in children’s literature and child studies, qualitative communication research, (trans)media studies, discourse analysis, and related topics.

Kurt Christian B. Tubera is an undergraduate student who aspires to become a philosopher. He aims to specialize in the field of Epistemology. He also dabbles in the fields of Metaphysics, Philosophy of Mind, and Political Philosophy. He served as the Vice President for Academic Affairs for Samahan ng mga Lasalyanong Pilosopo during Term 3, academic year 2022-2023. During Term 2, academic year 2022-2023, he served as the President of the organization. He was one of the student conveners for the 9th Undergraduate Philosophy Conference of De La Salle University.

Minette R. Vinzon-Co is currently the Special Collections Librarian at De La Salle University Libraries. She has more than twenty years of experience in the field of librarianship. She earned her Bachelor of Library and Information Science from Polytechnic University of the Philippines and Master of Library and Information Science from the University of the Philippines Diliman. She has conducted several seminars and training locally and presented her research collaborations in Research Applications in Information and Library Studies (RAILS) Conference 2017 in Adelaide, Australia, Qualitative and Quantitative Methods in Libraries (QQML) International Conference (2019) in Florence, Italy and International Conference on Emerging Global Trends in University Library Development (ICEGTULD2019) in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan and Virtual International Conference on Library and Information Science in Sri Lanka. Her research interests include citation analysis, library assessment, bibliometrics, information literacy, and special collections.

John Louie T. Zabala is a library professional with over a decade of experience in information literacy, metadata, and a current focus in archives. Combining a passion for library and information science with a growing interest in the legal realm, Louie is currently pursuing studies in law. With a career dedicated to facilitating access to knowledge and preserving cultural heritage, he aspires to integrate his expertise in library science with the complexities of legal systems. Currently assigned at the De La Salle University Archives, Louie is committed to bridging the gap between these fields, envisioning innovative ways to merge the worlds of law, information science and archives.
